This also makes a perfect hosting gift — you can either purchase pre-made packages, or make your own by drying the fruits before packaging them up. Here’s the recipe I like best: -2 orange slices -1 grapefruit slice -1 lemon slice -2 cinnamon sticks -a few cloves (3-4) -1 star anise -1 whole nutmeg -2 rosemary sprigs and/or one bay leaf Add everything to your pot with 3-4 cups of water, bring to a boil, and let it simmer.
