Sixth in Europe 🇬🇧 what a track season it’s been this year. Three 10,000m races, two personal bests, one podium finish and sixth in two major championships out of the three races. I’ve gained lots of confidence on the track this year, from being incredibly nervous and feeling far out of my comfort zone, to embracing the nerves and stepping out of that comfort zone has developed me an athlete in so many ways. I’ve really enjoyed the track this year, although I’m still learning to not run wide and stay on the inside lane at all times 🙈😅 (I think this is my inner road racing in me) I’m already planning my goals for the track next year and ready to up my game!
