🧚🏻♀️Chest supported iliac lat pulldown🧚🏻♀️
The bench creates external stability with a slight torso lean. This will stop your elbows from pulling past the torso. You want to stay in contact with the bench and finish the movement where the lats are engaged the most - elbows to front pockets
🧚🏻♀️Sweep rows🧚🏻♀️
With an upper back focused row you really want to pull the shoulder blade back to target more traps.
Here, on the lat dominant row you want to keep the elbow close to the body, pinky to your front pocket, sweep the weight and stop in front of your rib cage where the lats are engaged the most.
I know the words bigger and stronger are scary for some but those wing (lats) will help you create that ⏳ shape you want 🧚🏻♀️
