Sometimes running on the treadmill can get boring let’s break it up with some fun exercises to get those legs burning and get your heart rate up! Suggested incline is a 15 with a speed between a 1.5 and a 3.5. Repeat this three times you can lower the incline as you go. For example 15/10/5 incline or incline 10/8/6! Or if you’re not feeling comfortable with incline just keep it on a flat road! ✅ walking lunges 45 seconds-90 secs in between sprints or jogs ! Speed 1.5 ✅ low side steps 45 seconds, stay low butt back ! 45 seconds each side 1.5-3 speed ✅ reverse hustle, stay on toes go up and down the tred mill. If this is your first time doing it just put the speed very low not to worry if anything you’ll just walk off the treadmill. ✅ high knees 45 seconds! Great for lower abs and getting your heart rate up! ✅ reverse duck walk - Great exercise to help build strength around the knees. Also a nice one to play around with the inclines. ✅ fast side shuffles if you really want to burn out that outer thigh! 45-1 minute each side! #tredmillworkout #workout #fyp
