I’ve worked extremely hard to get myself back to an elite level after arguably the worst 3 years of my career on & off the track. I’m happy I’m back in the game and in great shape again, but the reality is I’m not all the way there just yet. as much as I’d love to, it hasn’t been possible to erase the effects of the last 3 years in 5 months of racing. I probably put a bit too much pressure on myself to make a result happen instantly, when the game doesn’t work like that! it’s still been a great comeback season so far, running fast, building consistency, winning medals, refreshing myself with championship running and most important feeling like myself again.🤝🏾🏃🏾 there’s way more good things going on than negative..
