Yesterday vs Today @emanual_31 . And nope it wasn’t another low day it was a high carb dirty meal no training , no cardio rest day. Results: he woke up his lowest weight , more pop and drier look but now it’s time to really deplete and get the rest of this water out.. me and @domsupersliced plan every day together , every move , every piece of food they eat every workout when it comes to peak week. We won’t be doing cardio to show day, we won’t be dieting you until your body is run down yes Some days will be harder than others Of course. This shit is science no cookie cutter crap that 95% of the coaches out there do ,trust me because I’ve seen just about everyone one of their plans when athletes come join. Let’s be real guys !
