Bodhi is very strong and a big boy. 💪 👦🏼💚
So many mommy’s have been asking how i keep him heathy. The biggest secret ? It is ancient wisdom not just by Hippocrates, but indigenous wisdom too. “Food is healing.”
We are focusing on selecting food that is keeping Bodhi’s body as alkaline as possible. That keeps body so strong that viruses don’t have power over it. 🙏
Here is Bodhi’s day. 😋
Morning alkaline greens before food - 1 scoop has all the necessary greens intake for the day. Bodhi sometimes asked for them at night too. Just calls out “Greens”. We love the Berry flavor.
Breakfast - fresh fruits / cassava with almond butter/..... Mango is his favorite at the moment. 🥭 We started fruits only after he was 10 months old. So his taste but’s won’t be addicted to sweet taste.
Snack - Mix chia with hemp, maca, crushed sesame seeds, ceylon cinnamon, coconut oil, almond butter and steer it with hot water until smooth. When it expends ( around 8min) it is ready to be eaten. This snack or breakfast is full of proteins and so many nutrients that it would make a huge list to write it here. These reusable food pouches from @weesproutco have been incredible help & easy on our Mother Earth. 🌍
Lunch - this time it was ancient grain buckwheat with avocado + @bragg Liquid Aminos. Bodhi calls it a “Sauce magique” . It truly is a Magic sauce for all 16 Amino acids which it has and makes anything takes delish.
Afternoon snack - Plant passed proteins which are super easy to digest from @getoffyouracid. Made from pea, hemp & Sachs inchi protein. I add @florahealthy Toddlers probiotic & @getoffyouracid Vitamin D3+K2.
Dinner - Home made plant based pizza with Love. 🍕
Before sleeping - Alkalizing Minerals from @getoffyouracid. Kiwi Strawberry are whole family favorite. Bodhi calls it “Juice”. For sweet & quality sleep. 😴
