Preparation is key when it comes to seamless brunching (although gin helps too!) Our Ginny Mimosa is easy to prep in advance; simply top with prosecco when your guests arrive.
Before your guests arrive (or the night before), add the following to a carafe or jug:
100ml Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin
200ml orange juice
When you’re ready to serve, add 250ml soda water to the carafe, stir gently with a bar spoon to combine, then pour into Champagne flutes halfway and top with chilled prosecco. Cheers!
