a warning that this is not a curated collection attempting to capture the transcendent experience that was the last two weeks of burning man. i know. the overused phrase "burning man changed my life" would be really easy to say. however, i don't think that's what happened. everything that i experienced in nevada was a result of a seed i planted in my mind at some point. the joy, the pain, the strength, the community, the love, the beauty, the erotic, the light, the dryness, the hydration, the nourishment, the queer family, the self trust, and yes THE BLACKNESS FOR SURE 😊 burning man was less of a a new experience and more of two weeks where everything i have desired or settled my mind on was mirrored to me powerfully. it was the ultimate affirmation that i am exactly where i want to be. the experience asked me multiple times, " do you want to fight this? or do you want to settle in and surrender and let the winds of the desert serve as tools to sculpt you into the woman you want to be?" i fought some times 😄😅 but most of the time i surrendered. imagine a virgo not really caring about time or things done perfectly and that's basically what i turned into and truly feel like that's my highest vibration. i am eternally grateful to the angels who walked this path with me. every single one of you are so dear to my heart. twenty slides weren't enough to paint a picture of how glorious the burn was. more to come but figured i would throw perfection in the trash bin and just share what felt good in this moment.
