For those who are familiar, “The Ford” hasn’t always been “The Ford.” Both the stage and the land around it have gone through quite a bit of changes over the years, as seen in these pictures from the 1930s. ⁠ ⁠ Back when it was called Pilgrimage Play Theatre, there was a large brush fire that significantly destroyed the theatre, and re-construction followed shortly after. There were several additions and reconstructions over the past century, most recently in 2014. ⁠ ⁠ You can see semblances of the past and the present in these pictures (see if you can spot the @hollywoodbowl in the background!) through years of change.
