I purchased ELF Halo Glow liquid Filter, to see if I can sheds some light 💡 onto something that’s meant to add light. ✨I’m comparing @Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter in shade 1 & @elfcosmetics Halo Glow liquid Filter in shade 1. Elf has more of a peach undertone. ✨It is not exactly a foundation but you can wear on its own if you like sheer amount of cover. ✨Comes in 8 sheer shades. ✨ You may find it accentuates Pores & texture, it that case you’ll Probably want to use it as a highlighter In target areas. ✨ It does leave very sticky & tacky finish, that some people find uncomfortable. ✨Because there has been so much hype, they are having trouble keeping it in stock. ✨The key ingredients are squalane for moisture, hyaluronic acid for hydration, and finely milled powders to give you that glowing effect.
