My advance teacher training (500h) is coming to end today , it feels bittersweet We laughed we cried we sang and we danced We cooked together We purified our bodies and hearts on the sacred waters We showed up for ourselves and our sangha We worked really hard And we revealed our deepest colors, past traumas and fears (like going upside down) We opened our hearts and kept cultivating empathy love and deep determination Thank you teacher @erin_bodyaware you’re an inspiration and one of the reasons I am who I am now. @mel_durga Thanks for listening, for your wisdom and your love @scienceofselfyoga soul family!
