@ragdalehallspa Just what I needed! After 2 shows a day, six days a week my body and mind are a little frazzled to say the least!🥴 Me and sis escaped for some much needed R&R! We started with a serenity touch treatment (mini facial and massage) then spent the afternoon in the thermal spa. So many different heat and water experiences, steam rooms and the Rose sauna. There’s an infinity pool with a view and outdoor pool with waterfalls as well as the inside pools and jacuzzi’s. Plus all the different areas and lounges just to relax in and switch off! Heaven! We absolutely loved it and next time we’ll book an overnight stay so we can fit it all in! Thank you to my therapist Keeley, Becky Macdonald and all the wonderful staff @ragdalehallspa #gifted
