Yoga comes back to the Block on September 16!
So, grab your mat and join Arts + Public Life's free weekly yoga classes every Friday and Saturday at the Arts Incubator. Community Yoga is designed with the yoga novice in mind. This 1-hour class focuses on standing and seated poses, stretching, and healthy alignment. We'll also incorporate yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. All are great for stress relief and relaxation.
