My biggest tip to anyone when it comes to lashes is this: measure the lashes to your eyes and cut them in the appropriate place. Lashes frame the eyes, and when they hang over the outer V, it gives the eye a droopy appearance. You want your lashes to make your eyes look lifted, not droopy.
