Recently, they’ve been receiving a lot of attention for their comforting dishes. While, they serve Jerk Chicken and other classic smoked and grilled meats... I got to try some of their other dishes during my visit! First, their steamed red snapper is with various veggies, seasoning, and aromatics such as thyme and pimento seeds. The sweetness of the fish paired so well with some rice and peas. I also tried their Rasta Pasta with oxtail and shrimp. The oxtail was nicely browned and layered with complexity while the shrimp was plump and juicy. Finally, I tried Cascade’s Garlic Butter Salmon which came with a heaping portion of white rice and veggies. I also love that Cascade has many options available at their steam table.
