Have you seen our new bat buddies?! 😍 I’m seriously in love! I was handmaking them for about 7 or 8 years! And now they are finally manufactured! It’s a dream come true friends!🥳🦇❤️ The number one request we got for our bats when I was hand making all of them was embroidered eyes. We work a lot with sensory specific children and for heavier sensory issues like biting - the plastic eyes needed to go. Our octopals will still have a mix of both embroidered eyes on our minis and child safety eyes on our full size octopals. But for the bats, embroidered all the way baby. 🦇 Bat buddies are GREAT for anxiety! When worn on your wrist face in, the provide a gentle pressure at the P6 pressure point which helps to alleviate mild anxiety. They work best for children 3-12, but are WEARABLE from age 3 to a small adult. YES- adults can wear a bat buddy too! And MANY do!✨ They are also an excellent pet & best friend for children and adults to take with them on their wrists in a stressful situation creating a familiar, comforting, soft tactile fidget. They are excellent for independent play as they are a finger puppet between the wings! There are numerous ways to play with our bat buddies or you can just keep them in your bedroom to help swat away bad dreams and monsters from getting near your head at night.
