I know at this point I shouldn't be surprised at the amount of backlash and intentional ignorance when it comes to statements like this, but it is a stark reminder at how much work there is still left to do. ⁣ ⁣ When I say I'm done having to justify or explain the importance of a diverse involvement in STEM, that only means clapping back at this spewed hatred & giving it more attention than it deserves.
