Anabel Juárez (b. 1988, Michoacán, Mexico) lives and works in Los Angeles, CA. Her ceramic sculptures of plants and flowers combine a selection of native Californian species and others that arrived in the region through multiple paths. An homage to their resilience and diversity, Anabel considers their stories as well as the plant’s natural characteristics to reflect on notions of migration, adaptation, and survival. @anabeljuarez.aj Three new works are currently on view at America Unframed Kleine Auguststraße 2-3 10119 Berlin — Mira Sol, 2025
