Cacao has changed my life forever... My heart has expanded and my voice has opened up in ways that I can’t explain... I wanted to be a singer when I was a kid but somehow on the journey to “grow up” I developed some shame towards sharing my voice, I felt that I wasn’t good enough, that my voice wasn’t beautiful enough, wasn’t perfect enough wasn’t powerful to be heard. Cacao and @florencia.fridman have helped deeply to change that relationship with my voice and my authentic self, allowing me to share my truth with no judgement or expectation but with curiosity and rooted in the desire to learn, grow, alchemize and ultimately serve to others. We started our sonic sanctuary Sundays again at @gaianomaya and it would be lovely to see some of your beautiful faces there . Link in my bio
