. . ۞ I have put so much effort into creating our nest here at the farm over the past couple years. It has been one of the most therapeutic things I've done to battle the feels I've had here. I still have panic attacks and terrible flashbacks regarding the trauma endured, however the energy I have put into it gives me a sense of control over the events that happened here. . . .
