The second frame is the first time I had met Ms. Nichols. I had just wiped away my tears. I wasn’t ready for all I would feel being near here. Sharing space with her. All she meant to me and all the colored girls watching her on Star TreK. I pulled it together. I wanted her to know about what I was doing. I wanted her to know it was in part because of her.
