Moving around for many years to finally end up in Barcelona, Anjalina shares with us her story of belonging, specifically in the culinary world. From starting as the only person of colour in culinary school back in 2014, Anjalina still doesn't find the sense of representation and belonging that she desires to see in her field of work. Despite this, she always kept going, pushing through the condescending attitudes, believing in her own mission. While it sometimes gets tiring, while the stairs sometimes feel like they're too steep, it's her dream to bring more people like herself together, to get more visibility and to make some NOISE!
