Roti’s are eaten widely across the Caribbean, it’s a soft, thin, flaky flatbread filled with your stew of choice. If you’ve visited places like Jamaica, Trinidad & other similar islands, just saying you want a veg roti will give you what I made here. You can also get them in your local Caribbean restaurants.
