Please join us for the LAST DAY of Amanda Martínez⁠'s "querencia" as well as a special closing event, taking place today at 4pm! ⁠ ⁠ In honor of Latinx Heritage Month and the closing day of "querencia", an hora de cuentos will be held. Hosted by Amanda Martínez and Lucía Rodríguez, the storytelling hour will make space for all to share and listen to Latinx stories. Public participation encouraged in the form of short stories, poetry and song. Bizcochitos will be served!⁠ ⁠ "In certain plants, a Pith or Medulla is the spongy tissue that stores life-giving starch; but in the metaphorical sense it also means the core of something, or its essence.
