How much do you save by recreating your favorite restaurant meal at home? 🍝 #GoodCookPartner #ItsAGoodCookThing #EasyCookingWithGoodCook Recipe: ● 1 Shallot ● 1 tbsp minced Garlic (or 3 cloves) ● 1 box of rigatoni ● 6 oz of tomato paste ● 2 tsbp Vodka ● 1-2 tbsp Butter ● 1⁄2 cup Heavy cream ● 1 tsp Red pepper flakes ● 1 tsp oregano ● 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder ● S&P to taste ● Basil & parmesan cheese for garnish - Cook pasta (save 1⁄2 cup of pasta water) - Heat oil with shallot, garlic & spices for 5 minutes - Add tomato paste til Carmelized - Add vodka & cook til liquid evaporates - Add cream - Add pasta - Add butter and pasta water - Serve immediately & top w/ basil & parmesean
