My love @stefficook photographed by talented @alexandersaladrigas for @sandor.earth In early 2019, I felt a very powerful urge to bring out safe, plant-based hair care which isn’t bottled in single use plastic. 550 million plastic shampoo bottles goes to waste every year, only about 20% is recycled. The same piece of plastic can only be recycled about 2-3 times. Our future will be covered in plastic if we continue (or, I would say the countries where US and Europe ship their waste to) I teamed up with some amazing people who brought a solution and we ended up with an aluminum bottle and a reusable pump. All of Sándor’s packaging is either home compostable, infinitely recyclable, reusable or recyclable. The only plastic you will see is in The Reusable Pump, which was unavoidable. I’m up for change in this world and I believe we all have a responsibility, individually as much as corporations - we can positively inspire each other to make better choices🍀💗 I’m so incredibly thankful for the support of Sándor and to everyone who has shown support along the way. I wouldn’t be able to do this without a lot of very talented people, contributing to this brand that was once a dream.
