One thing 50% of the population can’t ignore is the menopause! Let’s face it, if you are a woman, you will at one stage of your life go through it. Thankfully now it is no longer taboo to talk about it & we have so many more options that can help in supporting us during this time so I am delighted to tell you I’m working with @primark for the launch of their marvellous, menopause clothing range, which features a collection of nightwear, underwear and base layers designed to relieve symptoms associated with the hormonal changes, such as hot flushes.
