After the accident, I came out with: - A torn left meniscus - A few bulging & herniated discs - A Reverse neck curve - The need to use a cane for 3 months - Multiple rounds of PT for 1.5 years I don’t share this part of me often. I was quite broken that late summer into fall. I never thought I would get back to me. This particular journey wasn’t about weight. It was yearning to get back to the Jess that loved movement.
