The Copper Skies cocktail has long been one of our favorites. Check out the recipe below to recreate it yourself! Ingredients: 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1856 1.5 oz Coconut Water .75 oz Cinnamon Syrup .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice Top with Q Grapefruit Soda Grapefruit peel (garnish) Fresh Grated Cinnamon (garnish) Method: Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake hard for 5 seconds. Strain into a Collin's glass over fresh ice and top with Q Grapefruit Soda to taste. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and fresh grated cinnamon. ENJOY! 🍹💯 Here’s how to make Cinnamon Syrup: 1 cup cane sugar (turbinado) 1 cup water 4 cinnamon sticks Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add sugar & stir until dissolved. Add cinnamon. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to steep for a minimum of one hour.
