Meet Matt, our new Chef de Cuisine! ✨ This is more like a re-introduction because he's no stranger to the @goodnighthospitality team. Before joining us at Rosie, Matt was cooking in the kitchen upstairs at @marchhtx where he served as Executive Sous Chef. In addition to chef experience, Matt has a background working at organic farms & on a cattle ranch—(he once rebuilt a motorcycle & traveled around the US for a year!).
