Cheesesteak Detroit! There will never be a substitute for a real Philly cheesesteak, but when your making pizza and not baking bread this will do! I was alway a “wiz wit” guy until I tried @angelos_pizzeria_south_philly with @coopercheese and I’m totally converted to the cooper sharp from this point forward! Cooper goes great on Detroit pizza for flavor and texture but it’s not an ideal Frico cheese. So if you use the coop on your next DSP, I recommend not using it near the perimeter of the pan and keeping it more to the center.
