So so very happy for Grace @walesbonner and her team to win the Independent British Brand award at last night’s #fashionawards2022 - it’s one star-studded night a year where the @britishfashioncouncil fundraises for its life changing array of student grants, scholarships and award money (of which #walesbonner was a worthy recipient many moons ago after some of the most memorable menswear presentations I feel so lucky to have witnessed at her beginning...). Supporting and celebrating creativity at these awards always leaves me feeling inspired and lucky to work in an industry that provides jobs, joy and community and isn’t that what fashion’s all about?
