It’s often the little things that make a big difference. James Warren saw a woman sitting in dirt, waiting for the bus. He thought ‘we need to be doing better by our fellow city members.’ So, he built a bench and that moment led him on a mission to help his community. Using scrap wood from construction sites, he built one at the beginning of the year and put it back at that bus stop where he first got the idea. Since then, he's built eight custom benches and has placed them at bus stops around the area. On each bench he writes “BE KIND,” in hopes to inspire more people to think of others with more kindness.
