It’s been a MINUTE since I shared WIEIAD content! 🥗🤭🍝 I love watching and sharing content like this, giving a glimpse into a more typical day at home! 🏡 I feel like I go through smoothie phases and I am for sure in a smoothie phase! My husband, baby, and I can all enjoy them, and it’s a great way to get tons of fruit, fiber, and even protein in in the morning! ☀️ Taco salad has also been on repeat in our house! It’s delicious, easy to make, and makes for great leftovers! We like to add black beans to our ground beef to add extra protein and fiber, while reducing our cost per serving! The creamy dressing is made from Greek yogurt so it’s protein packed, creamy, and spicy! 🌶️ And for dinner ... a quick trip to the parks! 🍝 What I eat in a day! Realistic what I eat in a day!
