It’s story time!!!!! - On October 2nd 2021, my dreams of a beach picnic was coming true. Jarick said, I’ll be right back I have to pick something up. Knowing me, I asked if I could help and he consistently said nahhh 😂 I’m minding my business and gathering my beach bag until he’s back. He walks into our spot and says “Alright let’s go”, some other things too, but limited space. Slide 1: Got picked up in my FAVORITE CAR EVER!! - Slide 2: A glimpse of fresh crisp Malibu beach air. I was enjoying this moment so much 😍 - Slide 3: Randomly, I’m dressed all cute, @jarick__ is looking dapper, and a lovely couple walks by and somehow @lloydsicard fake takes pictures for a living, so he snapped this. - Slide 4: Had to serve face after seeing the first pic. I was like “Yoo you’re good, you should really dive deep into photography” 😂 - Slide 5: Backtrack, the picnic set up!! “Hey Future” is what it says. Didn’t even think twice but we’ve called each other this for a while now so I was like ayyyye heyyyy - Slide 6: He was being all cute and reading everything he asked God for in a woman = ME - at this point I was like what is he doing you don’t have to do alllll of thisssss. Sis just wanted a picnic 😭 meanwhile my FRIENDS & FAMILY were standing behind me like a scene out of Love Don’t Cost A Thing - Slide 7: I MEAN COME ON! He got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife!!!! From the pics I was clearly surprised, shocked, excited!!!! AND the bespoke ring crafted by @maggisimpkins . Y’all, this amazing whole man is about to be my husband and I can scream to the top of the mountain “I get to marry my best fraaaaaand”! - Slide 8: A beautiful sunset at our nights stay. The waves were crashing and the ocean breeze was unmatched. Dinner at @noburestaurants to end the night followed by amazing wine from @helenswines - Slide 9: MY now fiancé 😭😭😭 I literally said “ooooap” hey fiancé and bam snapped a picture. My heart was so warm. When I looked at him I saw forever and it feels safe. I love it here. - Slide 10: Thank you to everyone that showed up for this special moment in my life.
