As a practitioner, lecturer and researcher of herbal medicine, nothing brings me greater joy than to find a healing solution for a patient who thought she had tried everything - and nothing previously had worked. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The idea of being able to democratize access to herbal healing by bringing it online is something that has always been a dream to me. Would it work? Would we be able to replicate the trust and relationship online? Would the women who need it be able to find us? These were all questions we had when we launched @periodpainfree_. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now, 3 months into the opening of our site: periodpainfree.com, I am thrilled to see the vision come to life as women begin sharing their menstrual journeys with us. It’s not just about healing our bodies from period pain, but it’s really more about what is possible in life when women are no longer held back by the volatility of our cycles.
