Breakfast of Champions with me!!
This is my staple breakfast ON and OFF season and this is my favorite meal of the day.
I call these...CAKE EGGS. 🎂 trust me. You gonna love it.
You need:
2 eggs. 1 whole, 1 egg white. More of less of each depending on your macros.
1 scoop of your favorite protein. I use isolation in 🍫 by @blackstonelabs_official
A little bit of water...and I mean LITTLE.
✨ special ingredients if wanted✨
Cake batter extract. Cinnamon. And I FORGOT THE SECRET INGREDIENT...2 packets of stevia.
Shake well, dance a little. Move your body.
Pour over skillet and scramble like eggs!
Top with some sugar free syrup and BON APPETITE. 👩🏻🍳💋🤌🏼
I’m the off season or when carbs are higher for the day I would normally have cream of rice too but since we are now 2.5 weeks out carbs are mostly focused around my training.
*ignore how shaky I am, I hadn’t eaten yet and my blood sugar was down to my toes, plus that @aminopure thermoburn for me lit. Hahah
