Back in December I stumbled upon an estate auction out in New London (shout out Arlene - those that know, know). I managed to snag a few very well taken care of Leica film bodies and lenses. Beyond rare, especially in these parts. Once I got home I realized each one had a roll of expired Kodak Portra 400 sitting in it. I had hoped there was some weird stuff on each one but apparently both were empty. Many thanks to the previous owner for making sure the next person that used their gear was ready to go. Something very satisfying about the oddities that come out of expired film and old cameras. Finally got around to having a few developed.
