Their extensive menu features seafood options such as ceviche with octopus, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno, and cilantro, and lobster basted with garlic and butter. During my visit, I also tried their Squid Ink Fettucine which has lots of umami notes and comes with tender chunks of lobster. Tomahawk is dry aged for 31 days for a beefy, flavorful, and nutty taste, and is paired with a port wine reduction.
