2022 was a big year for us!! We have had so many roll over covid weddings abroad and abroad trips that had to be rescheduled that our last year was bursting with travels. January saw us in North Carolina on Lake Norman. February brought us to London and went to Harry Potter World. March we had a trip to Tenerife. April was Easter with family in Ireland. May saw O birthday and a family wedding in Barcelona. June saw MM birthday, skiing, and a trip with friends to Gleneagles and Avonmore Scotland holiday house. July was B last day of primary school and the adults only trip we were off to Ibiza. August we spent the entire summer in USA with my family which also included an anniversary getaway for just P and I to California and back to my moms again. It was also B bday. September B started HS and O started reception. October was a long thought out trip to Vegas and the Grand Canyon with my sister and momma. November was Thanksgiving and we spent a week in Greece with kids and Granny. December we finally decided to have our first whole Christmas and new years in the UK and stay home. We will never have a more busier year of traveling than we did this year. It was amazing and we still feel like the year went in a blur. We are so grateful for it. It definitely made up for all the no traveling we suffered in covid but I am just exhausted thinking about all that we have experienced. This year we only have Disney Florida and my 40th in Dubai and I think it’s going to be a nice change from packing and unpacking so much all year. My goals for 2023 were definitely to slow down, relax more, and be less stressed. But I won’t for a minute be ungrateful for the places we seen this year and the amazing family and friends we have made memories with. It’s truly been my favorite year ever. Where did 2022 take you last year? Do you have travel plans already for this year?
