ARISE is coming!!! Starting September 5th, I will be bringing you 3 new workouts per week for this program!
I am coming into this program raw, uncut, and fresh back to my fitness and nutrition journey after having my son. I have completely taken the past 10 weeks off to enjoy my boy, my downtime, get through the changes that pregnancy and labor bring and I’ve simply enjoyed using this time to focus on raising Ari and enjoy the downtime whether that meant sleeping all day between feedings and diapers or if it meant enjoying all of the foods during my first down time in years! I have used this time to focus on rehabbing my body with a pelvic floor physical therapist to set and build the foundation for me to have a safe reentry and I’m excited to get back to it with you all!
The ARISE program is going to focus on progressive overload, strength programming and I will be uploading new workouts Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on the channel. I have programmed repurposing previous workouts for the remainder of the days and those will be available in the ARISE workout calendar and in the Sydney Squad!
I will slowly return to filming more but I am in no rush to push my body too much as my strength in recovery is still my main priority; however, I will be dialing in my nutrition for my goals and for maintaining a healthy and abundant supply for breast-feeding.
