❤️ Did you know sam is a biology science major?!
~
❤️ That’s right! Sam graduated from UC Berkeley in Toxicology, but his passion was always in cooking and baking ever since he was a kid. He grew up cooking and baking with his mom in Indonesia and have always cooked throughout his life!
~
❤️ Following his true passion, Sam created the Original Mochi Muffin to not only to share flavor profiles from his childhood but to honor the good memories he had baking with his mom growing up in Indonesia. He unfortunately does not speak to her anymore after coming out to his family. So the bakery is now his chosen family!

❤️ Sam always has a giant smile on his face and leads our team with such kindness. We are so grateful for your leadership and culinary skills Sam!
