If I’m giving level 10 access to someone, but they’re only bringing level 3 responsibility, I have 2 options. 1. I can ask them to lift up their responsibility to the level of access or 2. I can draw a boundary by reducing their level of access to match the level of responsibility they are demonstrating. And from what I’ve discovered, this really is the better route.
